What accomplishments are you proud of?
I like that I can jump higher than I could before.
A workout named after you would involve which movements?
It would include rowing, sit-ups, and snatches.
Why did you start CrossFit?
To lose weight and be fit! I can carry a heavy book bag all day. My brother recently complained about how heavy his was, but I picked is up and said “Not really.”
