Bio
I started CrossFit in 2014 and have been competing since. I was in the Junior Olympic gymnastics program for 12 years. My favorite thing about CrossFit has always been the community and how universal it is, I know that in any CrossFit gym around the world, I can make instant lifelong bonds and friendships. My favorite movements are toes to bar, bar muscle ups, and double unders. My favorite workout is 18.4, I love being upside down! Outside of the gym I enjoy being outside, hanging with my pup, and learning about anything new!
