Justin Lang


Justin Lang is a CrossFit Level 1 coach with an extensive athletic background. Justin grew up in Massachusetts and fell in love with ice hockey where he excelled in high school as a three sport athlete playing hockey, football, and baseball. Justin ran cross country in college. After college Justin completed numerous 5ks, 10k, half marathons and began competing in Spartan races as an elite racer and completed nearly 20 Spartan races varying from 3-14 miles. As an adult Justin scratches his competitive itch by participating in a variety of sports including: roller hockey, ice hockey, softball, volleyball, pickleball, ultimate frisbee, and just about anything else involving athletics. When Justin is not working or playing sports you can usually find him outdoors as he is an avid fisherman and also enjoys spending time hiking or on the beach with friends. Professionally Justin does home health occupational therapy and has worked as a director of rehab at a skilled nursing facility. In his occupational therapy career Justin often works with patients anywhere from 70-100 years old helping them regain strength, mobility, achieve their overall goals, and increase their quality of life and overall independence. Justin discovered CrossFit back in 2018 and has competed at many local level competitions with the goal of competing at a higher level. Justin has a passion for overall fitness, health, and well-being and aspires to open his own gym one day.
