Minute 1: 100 Ft. Heavy Sledpush

– 50 Ft. Low handles + 50 Ft high handles

Minute 2: 6 Touch n Go Power Snatch (135, 95)

Minute 3: 100 Ft. Offset KB Carry

– Switch at 50 ft.

– 1 heavy by your side, 1 lighter in front rack

Minute 4: 25 Ft. Handstand Walk

Accessory Work

C: Reverse Hypers (3 x 30 @50% of Deadlift. Rest 90s.)

Squeeze glutes.
