5 Minutes of Dynamic Movement consisting of skips, jumps, bounds, carioca, jumping jack shuffle

Then,

Coach Led Hang Power Snatch work x 7 Minutes

Then,

Spend 5 Minutes Reviewing Pull-up Scaling/Set-up
