– Metcon: Metcon #2 is slightly harder variations which is intended to challenge you to be smart on the first AMRAP. With CrossFit, being able to sustain yourself and use the correct strategy is important. This workout will force you to do that. You can split work however you choose today. Loading should be LIGHT for HPC + S2OH.
