"Worked to get pre-baby body back"

I started out doing CrossFit as my cross training to help improve my running and also to get my pre baby body back. The challenging and varying workouts at CFCB keep me in shape and help me stay injury free. I love the camaraderie and sense of community of my fellow athletes. I truly enjoy working out with encouraging people who inspire me to be the best athlete I can be.  Whatever your goal, the coaches at CFCB will help you get there and be with you every step of the way.  From the coaches to the music CFCB is the place to be!
