2020 Carolina Beach Barbell Classic
A test of strength and grit with Olympic lifting, barbell cycling and conditioning.
This event will be recorded on video and submitted by April 24.
Event 1 – 2 Rep Hang Clean
Barbell begins on the ground and must be deadlifted to the hang position. 2 cleans will be performed before the bar is returned to the ground. The score for this workout will be the weight of the barbell. Cleans may be power or squat, but control at the top of the lift for each rep must be clearly established.
Video must clearly show the barbell and plates after completion of the lift and you must state your name, the date of the lift and say “2020 Carolina Beach Barbell Classic.” Email your video and score to firstname.lastname@example.org
Scores for this event will count towards your placement in this competition and will be used to confirm division and establish heats.
