– Easy skill work that should not impair tomorrow’s training.


B: Metcon (No Measure)

50 Minutes of “Cardiac Output”

– you choose between swim, bike, jog, row, ski erg, sledpull.

This can be done however you like as long as it’s steady-state, 130-150BPM.
