AMRAP 10:

20 Meter Run

10 Power Cleans (135, 95)

10 Bar Facing Burpees

Then right into,

AMRAP 10 “Recovery”

Bike or Row at an easy pace

*One athlete completes a full round at a time for all workouts with the exception of the recovery work.
