B: Deadlift (6, 4, 2, 4, 4, 4)

C: DB Bench Press (5 x 6-8)

D: Goblet Squat (5 x 6-8)

E: Two Minute Burpee Test (AMRAP – Reps)

As many burpees as you can do in 2 minutes.
